We undertake custom wire processing, following the specifications dictated by the customer. Our skills include cutting, bending both flat and three-dimensional, electroprojection welding, assembly, and finishing.

We create turned metal small parts for various applications. With our highly skilled team and the use of specialized small parts machinery, we guarantee complete support at all stages, from design to final testing, for each individual component.

We have at our disposal an advanced galvanizing plant that can process materials of considerable size with full respect for the environment. From the receiving stage to testing and return, materials are identified, controlled and tracked throughout the entire process.

We have advanced facilities to perform polishing, which are essential to ensure the high quality of our grids and meet optimal delivery times.

We do contract plastic coating on materials such as iron, stainless steel and aluminum and derivative alloys.

Robotic welding is a fully automated process performed using industrial robots. These automated systems are capable of performing a wide range of welding, including MIG, MAG, TIG, laser and resistance welding, on a variety of common metals.

We are specialized in wire bending. Our machines perform coil unwinding, grinding, bending and wire cutting. Thanks to the advanced technology of these machines, we can take advantage of three-dimensional computer simulation to anticipate the production of the desired part.
